Very disappointed with our experience at this location today. We were completely ignored while waiting to order. In fact while we were waiting to be acknowledged, they instead helped someone else. The baristas moved like sloths and looked very unhappy. One of the baristas had her hand in her hair the entire time she was making our drink one handed. Neither of the baristas washed their hands a single time. Will not return to this location.
She couldn't find my order well she didn't even look till I started scanning through my phone then she's like well we can just make it for you again
I always go to drive up, but today I wanted a cup, so I had to go inside. The initial staff that helped me she was nice. The rest of the staff nsm. I’m sorry I don’t know Starbucks inside etiquette, but I do know common courtesy, they do not!!!
I loved coming there for a chance to plug in my devices and escape the heat and relax. I would spend hours here. But I will probably never go there again. I fell asleep on accident and got woken up by a cop telling me that I needed to leave and I was trespassed for a year. For what? Sleeping? The workers could have woken me and asked me to leave if I was a problem. My boyfriend has fallen asleep there a lot and they never bothered him. It was just plain ridiculous and bad customer service. They lost my business forever.
Why would anyone support Starbucks? Save PALESTINE ‼️
