I thought I’d enjoy a lemonade during a hot day while shopping. I walked up to the counter and lamented I wasn’t a regular but wanted to try a lemonade. Silence from the 2 employees who just continued to stare at me. I asked about a featured drink “Does it have cream in it?” The one word answer, “No”. It was painfully uncomfortable so I just ordered a strawberry lemonade and tipped 20% and left without so much as a thank you. There was not another customer and there were 2 employees. Place has gone downhill. Don’t have enough staff so you will wait long times too get a coffee! Plus they closed 2 days out of the week including Saturday
