I ordered two drinks, a 32 ounce cold brew with no ice and a 24 ounce pink drink with no ice. The worker was nice, a little pushy on getting our order but it was busy so I do understand that. When I got my drinks my cold brew had ice in it, and my pink drink didn’t look like it had been shake or anything. Overall service was fine but I feel like the workers are too rushed so they missed details of the order.

I went to this location in the morning and was greeted with outstanding customer service, the barista who served us at the window named bri was very kind and went above and beyond!

So I go to this location 2 times min per week for my wife and I. I only have $100 Bill on me and they can’t break it at 1pm. They can rob us for $10 per Coffe but can’t risk taking my $100. I drove up to the other location on Summitview and they were great. No way they can’t break it there is always a line and if you are worried it’s not real say only with ID or whatever. So annoying I appreciate the other location but I’m done with Starbucks and their $10 coffees. Plenty of competition in WA.
