I walked in at about 7:30 am today to get me a drink, Tamara (name on my receipt) was giving her back, I assumed she was probably preparing a drink for someone, I didn’t see her move and just stood there literally over a minute she didn’t even turn around to greet me or anything then I realized she was too busy to acknowledge me because she busy on her cell phone. I hope this is seen by Charlie. I came to get my normal drink. I was the only one in line and there were two says. One of the baristas was doing paperwork right in front of me and the other one was back by the espresso machine. When the girl asked the other girl if she could bring me up, she said that she couldn’t because she was too busy cleaning. Always great service. And always great coffee. Never Tastes burnt. And it’s always done fast. Even when they are busy. And their sandwiches are always cool through. Unlike some others. The only down side is the homeless that like to hangout and ask for money or if you can buy them something. or taking up sitting when it’s busy. Bathroom is always clean as well. Best idea for this Starbucks was adding the code lock.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. The barista who was there he was rude, not just with me also with the 2 guys who where in front of me they didn’t order because of the way the barista was talking to them. I went today 12/04/23 @ 4:20 pm please if you don’t like your job don’t work as a customer service person. This is the last time I’m going to that Starbucks 😒
