I like to shop at this Safeway. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. The overall higher prices are my only complaint.
I have never ordered what I call a "fancy drink" until last week, had no clue, just wanted caffeine without dark coffee. Hannah was so patient, going through refreshing drink options, even when a mom and two children waited for at least three - four minutes which in Starbucks' world is a wait. Great spot to grab a cup and catch up on work!
Worst! Used a reward to get a brewed coffee with cream and sugar. The most basic drink ever. I received the drink overflowing it spilled in my card plus it was super bitter. Now i am left with no coffee and no reward. No longer coming back. I had already stopped visiting and the service and quality was spotty but now i wont for sure.
