I paid $9 for a medium cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso (and even left a $1 tip), but it didn’t taste like it had an extra shot at all. When I mentioned it, the lady insisted she had already added three shots instead of just adding the one extra I requested. It turned into an argument instead of simply fixing the issue. The atmosphere is great! But the workers here do not know anything!!!! They always get orders wrong no matter how specific you are and its okay sometimes especially if they are new, but this is months and months, they don’t even hand out bags for some of the treats, and are rude and there is usually only 1 person working there! Save your money and go to the Starbucks across the street!!
Best STARBUCKS ever! I had given up on them, but decided to try the pistachio cream cold brew. Good stuff, but better service.
Guys opens the store don’t know how to open registers, that’s great and we have to wait for 30 minutes. Then another guy, talks on phone, chi chat with girls but cannot take care of mobile orders.
