This Starbucks location has consistently poor customer service. The employee at the drive-thru window is often rude no greeting, hands off the food with an attitude, and makes the interaction feel rushed and unwelcoming. The drinks are also inconsistent and not always made as ordered. Overall, it’s frustrating to pay for drinks or food and feel like you’re being treated this way. I hope management can address the customer service and quality issues.
I always come here and I'm usually happy with the service. Today however, I forgot to stop by the box to order. Of course my mistake. The first thing I said at the window is, 'I'm sorry, I forgot to order at the box.' Its never happened before so I was ready to be told to go back and order at the box which would have been fine. When I said sorry she said Mhh! with an attitude so I went ahead and ordered my coffee, my child then asked for a snack and I asked for the banana bread.
