They are always respectful and professional. However, there’s one guy who takes the card and taps it himself, which doesn’t allow you to leave a tip, I feel bad for the other employees who work there.
This Starbucks is extremely underwhelming. They don't have extra cream for the coffee and requests for extra cream are denied. I asked for sugar and the person taking the order thought that an extra pump of chocolate replaces sugar. Also denied. I had to walk back to the window are re-request the sugar when the extra pump was not enough. It was disappointing.
