I haven’t been a Starbucks guy for a while now…preferring local, independent shops, of which there are plenty here in St Louis. But I live close to this Starbucks, and when we unexpectedly became a one car family for a few weeks, this became my office. And this Starbucks won me over. Rarely crowded inside, and the staff are so kind and helpful. The free refills on in-store coffee are HUGE, especially on long work days. And again today... Different day, same problems. Service is slow and employees are very often inattentive to inside customers

Christopher was taking orders in the drive thru he was very rude and had bad customer service. He was working the drive thru and seems to be incapable of hearing anything as all three cars ahead of me had problems with him as well. Instead of asking for clarification he just said “I assume this is what you mean.” When I got to the window he was very rude about not hearing me at the drive thru. If you cannot hear you should not be doing a job that requires to be good at listening. I have come to this location at least 3 times... read more
