If I could, I would do a zero star manager was horrible. It is 100° outside and I buy Starbucks every freaking day and they won’t give us a water for free and I even said charge me for water but they don’t even have a way to charge for water you have to buy something else to get a water. I don’t know what the world has come to. The manager didn’t even have the balls to come talk to me herself. She had to send her employee back to tell us to buy a bottled water. These people charge me $4.75 for Carmel iced coffee.... Then up charge me $1.50 because I asked for an extra pump of caramel and heavy cream. That's highway robbery. You're already paying $4.75 for a cup of coffee you should be able to have it how you want without having to pay extra.
This location doesn’t greet you as much as other locations, not very welcoming , but my coffee was good .
