Service is slow and employees are very often inattentive to inside customers
This Starbucks team deserves some major appreciation. I ordered through the mobile app this morning and at first thought they might be out of an ingredient for my drink. With how busy it was (the sun was out and the place was packed!), I overthought the situation and worried they wouldn’t be able to make it. There was a worker there named Christian that has silver hair that was extremely rude. We made a mobile order and made sure to make any customizations through the app to avoid any confusion. After picking up our order we checked and noticed our sandwich was made incorrectly. After bringing to one of the workers attention. They handed to Christian to remake and then they got very aggressive throwing their tongs down and slamming everything in site.
