I had a really upsetting experience at the Starbucks on 320th and G Ave today. While in the drive-thru, I witnessed staff yelling at a woman and accusing her of honking when she hadn’t done anything wrong. They repeatedly told her not to do it again, even though it was clear they had confused her with someone else.
