Online order was supposed to be ready by 11:27. 10 minutes later, only 3 of 5 items ready. By the time the whole order is ready, half of it is cold (hot items) or melted (cold items). Don't come here if needing things to be finished on time.
I continue to give this store the benefit of the the doubt and they continue to make my beverage wrong so centerbrooke it is from now on
It's hard to understand why anyone would put the least capable employee in the drive-thru. It's also difficult to understand why the drive-thru employee could not under comprehend what no chocolate means.
