It seems they need to retrain their employees on customer service and how to make their drinks. Got two shaken espressos light ice and a dragon fruit drink. All had 80% ice and after specifically asking for light ice they were also made incorrectly. So I pretty much paid for three poorly made drinks full of ice.
Very kind and attentive staff. They took my order and provided my drinks quickly. The only downside to this location is that its frequently crowded even though there's another Starbucks in the mall people seem to mostly come here.
