I writing this review because at 15 minutes before store closing they refused to take an order. They close at 8pm, not 745. Thats bad customer service. If I could give zero, I would because I was refused service. Great job Starbucks. It is currently 748, now.
Hoy en la tienda que está localizada dentro del Stonewood mall una persona de nombre Ángel me atendió pedí una bebida de Matcha en tamaño venti y lo que recibí fue un vaso lleno de hielo pese que le había dicho poco hielo y lejos de reconocer que se equivocó se portó grosero y tomó mi bebida de muy mala manera tiró el hielo y le puso un poco de leche y me la dio en ningún momento le agregó más polvo por lo que la bebida perdió completamente su sabor Este tipo de cosas no deben de pasar porque tal parece que no tienen maneras... read more
I ordered an ice latte but I couldn't taste any coffee at all. It tastes only milk.
Didn't even get a coffee. I stood there for a good 10 mins, none of the employees acknowledged me They just went about their way talking about whether they would be having a refresher or a coffee. I'm literally the only person in front of the register.
