I go there often since it’s right next to the hospital where I work. But they’re usually careless. This time, I ordered a chocolate croissant and a latte. I waited 15 minutes. When I asked where my order was, they said someone else took it. What a coincidence — both the latte and the croissant were taken by someone else! That wasn’t true.
