I had to edit my original review from a couple years ago. This location has improved process, staff, & vibe. It has become my PREFERRED location after being the one I avoided. Bravo!
Arrived inside the coffee shop. I was addressed right away. It took awhile for someone to take my order. I waited about 10 minutes before getting my PSL latte and my blueberry muffin. The muffin was awesome, however, the drink was the worst. I literally dumped the coffee. This was located off of Jordan and E470.
It's the closest store to my work so I come here sometimes in the morning and it's not the first time it's taken forever waiting for an order. Drive thru definitely takes priority over in store by a long shot. Customer service is so-so and the internet connection is a joke. I'll likely start going somewhere else in the morning.
