Really disappointing experience. I ordered ahead through the mobile app, and when the app notified me that my drink was ready, I went to the counter and simply asked if they had my order. You would have thought I was yelling and demanding my drink based on the way the employee spoke to me. I was genuinely taken aback and just replied, “I’m sorry, the app told me it was ready.” Then, after all of that, my drink was made incorrectly. 1 year update: it has gotten significantly better and have no complaints now. I still spend too much money here, but at least im not regretting it as I chug my coffees. Response reply: I grab this coffee in the morning on my way into denver. This is not an ideal solution to go to another store to have them fix it.

Prior to gas prices going up, I enjoyed ordering from this location every day. I was on a first name basis with several people at this location and have had no issues before today. I decided to place an order on the app, like I have done often. I ordered a grande s'mores cold foam with extra MARSHMALLOW cold foam and extra chocolate drizzle. They definitely don't make the drinks right most of the time here. I always get a green tea with peach and half the time, it takes more like water with a little flavor instead of tea with peach. And my mom got a white chocolate mocha and they didn't even put coffee in it. They definitely should go back over the recipes and measurements with their team.
