Absolutely disgusting customer service at the Starbucks on Thornton Road next to the Indian café in Stockton. My drink was made incorrectly, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the employee made an annoyed face, slammed the drink onto the counter, and whispered something to her coworker right in front of me. Her coworker then had to remake it. Making a mistake is one thing, but acting rude, childish, and disrespectful toward a customer for asking to receive what they paid for is completely unacceptable. I ordered a s’mores frap and I’m not sure why there is hardly any chocolate syrup on my drink this taste like a Normal frap it does not look like a s’mores frap I always come to this location since I work near there always so nice but I’m not okay I payed almost $7 for this not to taste the way it is!
