To start this awful experience, there was a literal BIRD in the Starbucks area where people are eating and it was just ignored. Then, I ordered a Venti caramel Brulé latte which came out to nine dollars. I have no problem with paying that price, however, there was absolutely no flavor in my coffee. To start off, there was a whole BIRD in the establishment. So unsanitary. It was flying all over and could have pooped on my head or food/drink. None of the workers seemed to acknowledge the bird. Despite this, the bird wasn't even the biggest issue. I ordered my usual drink. My drink is usually $5.50. The old man behind the counter has zero personality! You can wait forever for him to serve you.
No drive-through here. I drove and extra 20min bec some ah commented that this place has a drive-through.
