Awful customer service with a horrible attitude from whoever was working today 5/9/26 at 11:40.
Girl is super rude and unprofessional dosent even wear a name tag needs to learn to talk to people with respect worst starbucks I've been to
Coffee was burnt and staff was rude.
Yazzy was amazing. She was fast with taking my order, and had a smile on her face while she did it. She seems to actually enjoy her job, which I love seeing. She held conversations with customers that seemed meaningful, rather than just "how is your day going," and she was very quick at making our food and drinks. She was making like six drinks at once, all on her own. If anyone here gets a raise this new year, I hope it is her!!
There's some chick with a septum piercing and puffy curly hair just being rude to other customers and not even paying attention to people clearlylooking to order and when they do she gets upset. I then asked for a drink and she got an attitude with me when I didn't know it. They need to train their staff on customer service and hospitality.
