The general manager went out of her way to make our Brown Sugar Oat Milk Cortado correctly! Something other local Starbucks locations often make incorrectly. And, she realized it on her own and remade it before we had even taken a sip of the first one! That’s service! Normally we’re skeptical of Starbucks locations inside of another store, but this Manager seems on top of it!
Got charged nearly $6 for a plain coffee. Never paid that much and I frequent Starbucks. I was told that the prices at THIS LOCATION might’ve went up. Then I was served a COLD hot coffee. Never again will I ever buy a coffee here. I don’t even want to shop at this jewel anymore
The girls at this Starbucks are always rude brats! And they are always out of cold brew
