In the last few months this particular location never fails to make my drink incorrect. The other Bismarck locations don't have this problem. I ordered my drink in the drive thru and pulled into the parking lot. Took a sip. It is not the right drink. I took it inside and asked if they'd be able to make me the one I ordered. They made the drink WRONG again. It is very frustrating.
Everytime I come to this Starbucks, I hope it’s better, but it’s not. They consistently make drinks wrong and miss add ons/ modifications. (Even if it’s just 1-2). I wish they’d just get it right, especially when you pay for extra fruit in a drink.
The service here has gotten incredibly slow. We waited over 20 minutes for two coffees, and no one was here. Come on, this store is getting as bad as the one on Washington.
Ordered online. Did not receive a drink in my order. When I told them they put another order in, 40 minutes later, I still didn’t get my previously ordered drink. I went up to ask for refund and tell them how long I have been waiting and was met by rude responses that they are busy and cannot control people taking the wrong drinks. No apologies just rude excuses.
