I stopped at this location on my way home and had a disappointing experience. The young lady at the front tossed my warmed croissant onto the counter instead of simply handing it to me or placing it down respectfully. She also appeared visibly upset or annoyed during the interaction. I was so taken aback that I said, “Ma’am, I hope your day gets better.” What bothered me most was the lack of basic courtesy. This is my favorite Starbucks location. The team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure I feel welcomed and that my order is prepared correctly each time. On many occasions, they begin preparing my order before I even reach the counter, which helps provide exceptionally fast service.
