I usually don’t take the time to write reviews unless something was either really good or really bad. Unfortunately, this was the latter. First, the good. This location has plenty of outlets and seating, and there’s a lot of space inside. It actually seems like a great place to study. I saw another review saying the outlets don’t work, but mine worked fine. Now for the bad. It doesn’t seem like the drinks are made correctly here. I ordered a venti coffee and the cashier rung it up as a tall. They could not refund me and ring up the correct size. Instead they added another tall coffee and the total ended up being significantly more than if I just ordered the single venti coffee. They didn't offer a credit or anythig, they just handed me a large cup.
This Starbucks needs some customer service training! And, also clean up the sidewalk outside of the store - It's disgusting! They lost my order, they were extremely behind, lack of professionalism in the store with a loud barista berating the other staff. I won't go back!
They had no big straws for my Vent mocha Frappuccino. At the Springfield Plaza.
