They charge $2.25 plus tax to get this much of the salted caramel protein cream. With the layer of ice on top, it’s basically nothing left. This happened multiple times at this store. I paid $10 to get frustrated. Thanks, Starbucks!
Good ice shaken espresso, but customer service was not great. All the baristas here were working hard but their faces and their voices were like robots.
This place looks terribly undermanned. There was food on the floor, crumbs on the table. They had one employee making online orders and another taking them at the register. Maybe 2-3 employees max in the middle fit he day on a Saturday when they clearly need double that.
I stopped at this location on my way home and had a disappointing experience. The young lady at the front tossed my warmed croissant onto the counter instead of simply handing it to me or placing it down respectfully. She also appeared visibly upset or annoyed during the interaction. I was so taken aback that I said, “Ma’am, I hope your day gets better.” What bothered me most was the lack of basic courtesy.
