I had gone in with two friends while I ordering the lady rudely asks me for my name with a stank attitude. I know everybody has bad days but when you work in the service industry, you gotta learn to control your emotions. I was in there just to get a quick treat and the drink was given to me and I thanked the lady and I went and sat down and I saw there was something floating in my drink. I walked back up. 7 dollars for 90 percent ice, never coming here again
I frequently come to this starbucks for small meetings and to interviews. Today the music was super loud, it was really hard to talk to the person that I was with. I asked the staff if they could lower the music just a little bit, the girl said that she was going to check and the music was still loud. She didn't even say hey I couldn't lower the music or something. I would never come back here.
