The drive thru needs to take the CC and stop making the client do their job. This is the 2nd time my CC has fallen on the ground because they move the holder too fast.

This is our families go to Starbucks. They call us by name which is amazing… and our dogs love the trip getting more and more excited as we get close in an anticipation of their Pup-O-Chino,, which are always given with a big smile. We think our dogs are amazing but it always nice when someone else thinks so too.
