Awful employees. Today I got the most bitter venti blonde. Perhaps they reheated the coffee? It was 9:45 AM. The worst and NOT fresh coffee ever!! Do better lazy people. I drove through and got on the highway. I wish I had the time to go back and tell you the truth about your coffee this morning.
Just found out this after ordering so many Starbucks coffee from different locations: That is the different managements DO IMPACT a lot of the quality of services, food and atmosphere… all these express how much the team care for how the customers want… I won’t visit this location as usual after trying many times…
