I specifically asked for a bold coffee / discussed this 2 x the $5 Americano was weak. They told me that’s how it’s made. Rather rudely wouldn’t make me whole
The drinks are usually great. The customer service not so much. If you ask a question for verification, they look at you confused and like you have 2 heads. For example, ordered a White chocolate mocha today and the batista handed it over with no whipped cream. The white chocolate mocha is supposed to come with whipped cream. When I brought this to the baristas attention, she looked confused and asked, How do you want us to make it? I said simply, with whipped cream.
