I placed an order and it said to pick it up at 1:58. When I arrived, I went to the pick up area. I was never greeted. After 5 minutes, I noticed that the drink being made, wasn't mine. I asked the gentleman if perhaps I made an error and selected drive thru instead of in store. He then told me it hadn't been started yet. This was at 2:06 and it had not even been started.
