I placed an order and it said to pick it up at 1:58. When I arrived, I went to the pick up area. I was never greeted. After 5 minutes, I noticed that the drink being made, wasn't mine. I asked the gentleman if perhaps I made an error and selected drive thru instead of in store. He then told me it hadn't been started yet. This was at 2:06 and it had not even been started. Love this place wanted to give a shout out to sarhan for being so attentive and polite when taking my order so sweet ❤️
Favorite coffee place.
We had such a good and inspiring barista today. Not only did they have a pleasant vibe, I was impressed at how quickly they jumped to fix our order and hold the door for an incoming patron in a wheelchair. I wish all Starbucks employees would show this awesome work ethic.
