Not what you expect from a typical Starbucks service or food. Drinks are consistently made with less care than a stand alone Starbucks but this isn’t the main complaint. I ordered 2 drinks for me and my wife we walked around target for maybe 1/2 an hour. My wife makes her coffee last literally all day. She took maybe 3 sips during our visit and the ice had mostly melted so upon exiting she asked at the Starbucks for some more ice. The lavender iced matcha latte was disgusting. It was not explained tht it doesn't come with sugar. And the cold foam was not done correctly and there was no sugar in cold foam for it to be a sweet cold foam. I was highly disappointed and paid almost 20 dollars for 2 drinks and it was horrible . Starbucks needs to be better by reaching all demographics of people instead of its main money target
This is probably the only Starbucks in the entire US that’s more closed or has broken espresso machine than any other store. Of course the manager of Target doesn’t care for coffee…. hence the Starbucks is an absolute disaster. You go there at 8: 35 am and no one is there. Even though the opening time is 8 am. You go at 3 PM … they go on a hour break. If you are lucky enough to find it open, the espresso machine is broken. I have seen this happen numerous times. Today I had the best Experience at Starbucks locted in the Target 2001 South Rd Poughkeepsie, NY. From Marina taking my order to Ian & Figo making sure my Chai Tea Latte was made exactly how i ordered it made my day. They were pleasant and kind young adults. I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation for the GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I received today.
