Just wanted to speak on the lack of customer service I got from this location 8110 W Loop 1604 N, San Antonio, TX 78254·0.5 mi. No greets from the cashier i couldn't tell you her name because she didnt tell me. No communication whatsoever just rudely handing me an area to pay & just handing me my drink without saying a word. When I brought it up to the manager Morgan who was there she wasnt even empathetic. Was horrible customer service. Show less
I’m sad for those that have had a bad experience here because they’ve always been so kind to me. Drinks are usually absolutely perfect. The drive thru is typically very efficient / quick-moving and every barista is super sweet.
I had a mobile order this morning, and waited about 20 minutes for them to make it as i placed it at 11:37 and it still wasn't done by 12 . I left without my drink because I wasn't going to wait more than I already did and I was late to work. Waste of time and money.
If you have to go inside just know that you will have to put up with rude baristas who give you zero acknowledgement.
