Im Starbucks member, we do order all the time our coffees , and also im mall employees. I walked in to the store, asking for cup of water, it was to hot outside, but the employe refused to give me cup of water. I did offer to pay for the cup of water. But she said only with order we give away water . I was so disappointed and never going to order my coffee from them

Good coffee place. If there are more healthy natural options like the matcha, almond coconut milk, more people would be there to buy drinks juices. Please if you can include Maqui, Aqi, berries and other naturals

vyshnavi Is absolutely the best starbuck employee ever! She helped me figure out what my drink is and she made it way better than expected. Thank you so much for you kind and welcoming heart

I did a mobile order and other customer accused me of stealing her drink. I think they should separate mobile orders from in store orders because she was so rude and not to even notice that my drink has my Name and Last initial and clearly says mobile order. Then her and her family followed me around the mall after.
