Terrible location, unfriendly and rude staff, treated us like we were an inconvenience. Ordered 20 min ahead and when we arrived our order was still not ready and we were the only customers there.
Ordered on the app then went for a walk in pick up since the drive thru was packed by about 6 cars. I couldn't find my order because my tickets were facing the crew. Was not greeted once, I only knew it was my order because another customer checked by grapping the top of my cup. I know Starbucks is cutting staff and hours but by doing this it creates a bad experience for customers walking in. Food and drink was amazing at least.
