The barista who took our order got both of our drinks wrong and put them in as hot, grande drinks, when we had specifically stated we wanted iced, ventis which is totally okay as we all make mistakes. However, when we went to go get them fixed we were told we ordered it wrong and that it would take a while to fix them. In the end, we only got one of our drinks fixed as they didn’t bother to fix the other drink.
Won’t be coming back to this location. I always order my Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with the sweet cream on the side because light is too little and the regular amount is too much—I like to pour it myself. They refused, and the manager’s response was simply, “We can’t,” with little to no explanation. It’s not like I was asking for extra sweet cream or anything for free.
