Came through the drive-thru a few hours ago and ordered two Venti Frappuccinos—one Horchata and one Caramel. After driving off, I finally took a sip of the Caramel Frappuccino and was immediately repulsed. It tasted strangely sour, and after looking at it more closely, I noticed that the cream/milk appeared to have separated from the coffee. Stay away from this Starbucks staff is very unhelpful.... They will make Your day miserable... I literally spend $21000 a year and they would not give me one class of water. Pathetic, Even the manager Anthony with a straight face and rudish....said we cannot give you a glass of water without purchasing something.... whatever the policy, could have made customer happy and nicely said something like , Just this time..... I guess in that area I will be dropping in to PJ's coffee
