cant blend a matcha at all. had to say my order 3x to still get a cup of milk basically (and they gave me the wrong one)
I ordered a venti pink drink - my usual with vanilla cold foam on top. I received half of my 7$ pink drink and half filled w cold foam. I say no ice because I have a sensitivity. I always get this at a different location and never have this issue. & not to mention I asked the lady if she could give me more pink drink and she dumped out some of the cold foam and came back with the same amount. 7$ for this?
I had really bad experience with the girl at the window. She was rude taking my order while I was telling her how I wanted it she shut the screen on me and when I got to the window she didn’t say anything to me and ask someone else to hand me my drink. She must be new”skinny dark skin girl” I never had an issue I get my drink there all the time.
