I ordered a grande Pecan Crunch Latte and simply swapped the oat milk for whole milk. While ordering, I specifically asked if it came with the toppings (cold foam and the crunchy pecan topping) shown on the menu board, the Starbucks app, and even online. The cashier confirmed that it did. When I pulled up to the window, I was handed my sandwich and then my latte — but it was missing the toppings. The coffee lately taste like dirt water. My stomach has been hurting. It appears that it's left over coffee from the night before.
Liz and all the girls do an amazing job and with a SMILE! I’m a regular and even if I don’t have time to order ahead with mobile, they know my order by heart and are incredibly accommodating to my fussy preferences. The best part- I can always rely upon them to have a smile and genuine greeting, every morning.
