Got talked down to because I forgot to place my mobile order before arriving to the restaurant, the employee was very passive aggressive, I don’t understand the difference between that and me ordering at the speaker, they received the order at the same time.
I try to give this place the benefit of the town but every time I go here it is the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve never contacted customer service more in my life than I have for this location along with the Brockton in the Fall River locations. Something needs to be done because the amount of money I’m spending and having to go get it remade every time is not worth it and I am in a high demand job that I don’t have time to go back on my lunch.
