Cameille and Janice at my local Starbucks are truly exceptional. I typically place my order in person, but today I used Siri to order my usual caramel macchiato with whipped cream and a chocolate croissant, and it was ready for pickup within minutes. No seating, no charging cellphones, no refills honored for Starbucks app holders, and they didn’t provide stars for using my own cup even though I asked them to. I heard the morning staff had had more training.
This Starbucks is situated in a nice environment with nearby gallery and outdoor spacing. There seemed to be a hiccup in the order, which made it a bit slower. The matcha was quite creamy and sweeter than expected
Matt is terrible. Very poor customer service not friendly at all. I avoid going there now because of him. Most recently I got stuck with him taking my order he over charged me I actually didn’t speak up his coworker noticed and apologized to me multiple times told him to give me a refund he did not apologize once.
