If you come in the morning, be prepared to be quality assurance for the staff. The employees who know what they're doing only work in the afternoon. There's a specific employee who seems to deliberately not want to pay attention. You'll say "A large hot protein latte with no flavoring" and she'll reply "What size?", "Hot or iced?", "And what kind of milk?" as if you hadn't said anything. I ordered only one hot latte and waited for 20 minutes. I tried to ask the employees about my order, but no one would speak to me because I am Asian. There was a bald manager (a white man) who just stood there and ignored me when I tried to ask about my order. After a while, I had to raise my voice to get the attention of an Asian female employee. Trash ownership, i show up on Xmas day to get my family our order and they were closed. I get being closed from a water line issue the day before but at least close the store online and don’t allow online orders. Waste of my time, Starbucks has become trash with their ownershi.
I used to go at least several times a week. One day I stopped in to use the bathroom and the manager wouldn’t let me without a purchase! I called Starbucks to complain, never heard from them. Now I go to Cafe Nero down the street.
The Starbucks app says this location is open today, a holiday, but it lies. Went a long way out of my way to come here, past a dozen other Starbucks who went to the trouble of marking themselves closed in the app, but I suppose this location doesn't care about their customers' time.
