This location moves at a snails pace. Extremely understaffed. Guessing corporate doesn't allow a budget for more employees. Shame on Greedy corporate Starbucks
Waited 15 for a cup of coffee and then the order was wrong. How hard is it fill a cup and hand it to the customer.
This Starbucks is crowded but the employees are always utilizing their time working hard to make sure that your drinks are made correctly.
My experience was horrible! The attendant was snorting when answering me and when I asked if my drink (iced espresso) was in the hot version he said yes! (My friend with the same name as me ordered the same but in the original version) and when our orders arrived I realized that mine was with ice and the label was written hot! I talked to the attendant to change and he simply took out the ice and put less than half of the drink in a cup of hot coffee and they gave it to me! I wish
