Was told no when asked for a cup of water
Very disappointing experience at the Starbucks inside Short Hills Mall. The staff seemed to have little regard for customers’ time. Instead of prioritizing serving people who is trying to grab coffee before work, employees were focused on washing utensils and organizing behind the counter while customers waited. Looks like a tornado came through. Floor is covered in garbage. Tables covered in garbage. Midday on a Saturday. I know it’s busy but cmon.
