Ordered 2 coffees--one was a simple plain with a little ice. Waited almost 15 minutes to get it long after a more complicated coffee was made. Asked where mi e was, and an older white female barista rudely told me "we'll call you, sir." When I did get it, the order was wrong. Awful experience.
