Do not come to this Starbucks! We ordered two drinks and our cold brew ended up tasting watered down. When we requested a remake the staff member rolled her eyes and rudely said we took too long to pick it up even though we picked it up 5 minutes from when we placed the order. She brought the drink over to the other staff member who was making the drinks and they both glared at us before making the new drink. It was very odd behavior to be honest. These two workers were probably the most disrespectful people I’ve ever encountered. The service is always bad when I go there, but today these two made me never want to step into any Starbucks location ever again. I kindly asked the barista to remake my drink, she rolled her eyes and started making other drinks , i patiently waited because I didn’t want to make a fuss. Been coming here for years and I have to say the last 6 months I’ve noticed a significant positive change in the environment, The employees are friendly and welcoming.
Awful service, slowest starbucks I have ever been to, workers were consistently talking like it was there lunch break. Took 20 minutes to get one coffee. People were consistently walking out because of how slow the service was. Cold foam was curdled and drink was made poorly. Atrocious
A great place to get a drink or a light meal. Love the Summer Berry Refresher.
