The workers are very rude. I ordered a couple drinks and if they weren’t for me observing for my drink, they would’ve never called my name. They never did actually and it’s very very unwelcoming.

For being such a great mall, this Starbucks location is really disappointing. I was ready to order at the register and was given a blank expression by Trice who was taking my order. I wasn’t even sure i should order with him as I was not greeted or asked what I would like to order, completely expressionless. If you want this location to succeed, I would suggest encouraging a friendlier work staff or provide incentives for good reviews.
Unbelievable experience at the Starbucks inside Short Hills Mall. I placed an online order for two drinks and, while picking them up, politely asked for a cup of tap water and a pup cup for my dog (since these options aren’t even available in the app). They refused both—just because my order was online. So despite being a paying customer, they couldn’t provide something as basic as water for a dog. No flexibility, no common sense.
