Fire Nabila, terrible person!!!! Can't believe you'd hire someone so rude
We came to Starbucks and had to wait in line for 25 minutes — and there were only 5 people ahead of us. There were three employees working, but none of them seemed interested in doing their job or even moving — except for the barista, Dream. Jenny took our order, and it took her 7 minutes, during which she still managed to make multiple mistakes. In the end, I didn’t even get the right coffee. This was honestly one of the most frustrating Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Completely unacceptable.

been to this starbucks a few times and have had a horrible experience every time. the staff is very rude and gave attitude when i asked for my drink to be remade which they made incorrectly. today was the third time my drink was made incorrectly and i didn’t even bother asking for a new one because of the rude staff and horrible service.
I was there today (Saturday (3/15) and the customer service is horrible. We won’t be back
