UPDATE. This store turns off their mobil ordering when they "get busy". I was told they were "busy and only had one machine" referring to their one espresso maker. Lets try some logic. Why would turning OFF mobile ordering save time? With it turned off employees now have to take the order manually and take payment manually. How does that save time? DONT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS… I go to Starbucks EVERY day and this LOCATION has taken my money 4 times on my online order…saying they have products available but when you get there… they say oh no we are sold out….BUT REFUSE TO REFUND!!! A worker tried to tell me se couldn’t refund my money back??? That’s literally illegal.. and she said that when I didn’t want my money back…only a gift card for the amount STARBUCKS owes me… she lied and said she couldn’t refund me money that her store already took from me?? The last three times I have gone to this Starbucks this year, they have been out of cold brew coffee. It is 8:30 in the morning.
Starbucks needs more employees like Trent!! Dedication and work ethic don’t go unnoticed.
