I’m a regular at this location and thought I’d boost a partner! Emma is THE BEST! She is always the one who will go out of her way to greet my partner and I and give us great service. As a former Starbucks SS, I understand the amount of pressure everyone who works there gets from all levels of management. I rarely visit this place however services and drink is horrible then I expect. I order large ice chai and even pay for large too but they gave me small and I return it however they take it and put lots of ice and return it to large cup. And the taste was like water, way too much ice
I've rarely bought things at this location, but I ordered a falafal pocket (which doesn't have cheese or dairy). I received the Jalepeño chicken pocket which has dairy in it. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the issue until after leaving. I'm just glad I will not have anaphylaxis from the mistake. It did take amazing though!
