Totally unprofessional and lack of training. Had to order multiple time to get my drinks correctly. Waiting in line several time due to missing items.
Good coffee, friendly staff. Always a good idea to have a drink here.
This is by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had in Denver. The latte tasted like plain milk with almost no coffee flavor. They don’t even offer a simple cup of water without charging. The staff is rude — the middle-aged man with glasses was dismissive when I asked for water, and the woman serving bakery items wasn’t even wearing gloves, which felt very unhygienic. Definitely not recommended.
Terrible service, took over 20 minutes to get 1 drink while they handed out drinks to the people they knew first, completely ridiculous
