had the worst experience this morning at around 10:30 a.m. After waiting in a long line to order my coffee, I was disappointed by the poor customer service. The cashier was rude and seemed annoyed, and the barista was extremely slow. My pumpkin spice latte was awful, and I was so disappointed that I threw it in the trash. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go back and ask them to remake it because the barista was already overwhelmed with orders, and so many customers were waiting for their drinks. Dawn was quite rude. Subpar experience, this is my least liked starbucks
It says they open at 9AM on Sunday and it is currently 10:30 am and they are inside looking at clients with the doors locked .
This location is great. They are busy, fast, nice, efficient. Getting it right every single time.
