Just watched them put hot tap water into my ice coffee as filler. Another day, ten minutes to make an ice tea. Why is it so expensive and poor tasting? They change their policies monthly it seems. Used to be 25 cent refill, then free next month, then $1.09 the next month. Wish this was a local coffee company. The employees who work here are miserable.
