Terrible experience today. Ran here quickly before work to get a matcha protein latte. First the lady seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered. Then as she makes my drink I don’t see any green hence the signature color of matcha. She gives it to me and I said “I asked for matcha”. She gets an attitude then proceed to go back to make the matcha but she is looking at the instruction card as if she doesn’t know how to make it. Their expresso machine was down. All they had was hot water tea.
They only take one order at a time so if you wanna order then run to the restroom on your way to work this isn't the place to stop. Very inefficient.
