Good local management. Courteous and professional staff. Our store seems to get shorted on special and seasonal items and is frequently out of products that other Starbucks have... But the operation is sooo much better than a few years ago! My wife is there daily; I am there maybe weekly, both with positive experiences.
Shawnee's Starbucks is awesome. They get it right and put a smile 😃 in your day. Thanks for the good hires!! I stop there each time I go east of the city, and often, on my return.
