I would have loved to give this location 5 stars but after my last experience I won’t be back. I have been going to this location since it opened it has always been a positive experience until 3 days ago. I went through the drive thru like always I ordered my coffee which is the same every time when I pulled up to the window I have my personal cup as the employee was putting it I noticed it was dark mine is not. What a delightful group of employees.
This particular location is trash, operationally that is. They’re always slow. The inside is closed majority of the time. They don’t Post their hours of business. The staff is nice though.
Extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers, and my order was made incorrectly. Instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake quickly, I felt like my concerns were ignored. The store also wasn’t very clean, which made the experience even worse. I expect much better customer service from Starbucks. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.
Make sure you call before you go to make sure they’re open. Twice in a one week, we go and they’re closed before they’re listed hours.
