Ok so boom I don’t typically go to Starbucks because McDonald’s is way cheaper but I decided what the heck let me just treat myself this one time. I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I placed an order for three drinks (an espresso shot, a caramel Frappuccino, and a matcha iced latte) and waited about 20 minutes, but never received my order. During that time, multiple customers who arrived after us were served before we were. After waiting for quite a while, I asked an employee named Hawke if he could give me an estimated wait time. I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The service was terrible and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. I felt rushed, and when I tried to ask a question about my order, the employee responded with an attitude instead of being helpful. For a place that’s known for customer service, this visit definitely did not live up to expectations. I understand everyone can have a busy day, but being polite and respectful to customers should still be the standard. I hope management looks into improving... read more
