Great works there not rude to no nobody
Made 3 drinks wrong. Forgot our pastry and has attitude when we told them
The people there are rude they messed up my order and gave me whole milk instead of oatmilk because I am lactose intolerant and when I tried to tell them they didn’t listen and they were rude and were giving ugly attitude
Sat March 21st 10am staff Especially Aura was working so hard and I stopped by this Starbucks in Modesto today and was genuinely impressed by how well the team took care of everyone. The baristas were friendly, fast, and actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing which makes such a difference. Today 3/4/26 at 10:50 am I was in the drive thru. The person taking the order was extremely rude. I got to the window she handed me my drink and I said thank you, she just starred at me with a dirty look no words just the stare. That’s extremely rude being in Customer Service. I will not be coming back. This is the third time..
