Always love it here. Staff is super friendly, fast and clean!
Worst Starbucks. The drinks don’t taste good at all. I ordered my usual, Oatmilk Latte with Honey Blend. It tasted like watered down coffee. Also ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso, that was also flavorless.
I have never had an issue before today. Just got through the drive thru with my spouse. Pulled up to the window and was told by the staff that we were speaking ill about their sexuality. First of all, we did not and would not, because I would be a hypocrite if I did. Secondly, we corrected them on my gender and they continued to misgender me. Hello, I wanted to report a very disappointing experience I had at your store today. On Tuesday, July 1st at 10:33 AM, I visited your location and was met with extremely rude treatment by an employee named Raque. She told me I couldn’t stay and work on my laptop because I “didn’t have a drink,” despite the fact that I regularly spend $20 or more every visit, and most of the staff even know my order when I walk in.
