Slowest Starbucks ever… 24 minutes for brewed coffee is unacceptable. Horrible service.

Terrible place, I would never go back and I certainly wouldn't recommend it. I ordered two caramel frappes with extra caramel and they gave them to me as almost pure water, they tasted like nothing, they were bland, the ice wasn't ground properly and had large pieces, and there was no extra caramel. It's the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, and the staff is not friendly at all, they're not courteous and they're very rude when they deliver the products, you don't even know if your order is ready, they don't tell you anythin... read more
I went to the location on Herndon ave in Modesto, last night and ABSOLUTELY LOVED the people working!!!!! VERY nice, yet professional! I WILL be returning to that location from now on!!!!
