Slowest service ever. We waited for almost 15minutes and couldn’t even get our order in. Just a single employee handling the entire thing - taking orders and making each one with a bunch of people waiting to order

This was the slowest service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The barista was nice, but she was in no hurry to get any orders done. Also, I was given the wrong variety of egg bites that I ordered. The mocha that was made did not taste good. It was strong as if it has too much espresso. I will never return to this location.
Extremely slow service
I am a regular customer at Starbucks. I was ordering a simple grande, dark roast coffee with some cream. One of the female employees who took my mom and I’s order Only served us my mom’s drink. Then we asked where the grande coffee was. She just turned her face and answered somebody else that was after us. And someone else had to go get our coffee.
