Had a great experience here. I came end of shift and still was taken care of with love and care. Great location and great staff!!
Not sure what's happening here but someone needs to step in fast. I placed an order of my usual stuff i sat there & waited at least 35 minutes then he gave me my drink & I asked my loaf he then gave it to me but it was all crumbled I didnt order that. He knows much better than that! Really I only saw 3 people working it was extremely busy. I usto look forward to going there & even if its next door to me I dont want to go there unless they make some changes. I rather go further out & be happy with the service & items i get!
Really bad service dint get my drink till 40 minutes later ask the lady she said the gave it in the drive thru that they dint know it was for inside 🤬
I really like this Starbucks but lately when I order through the app, when it says it’s ready it hasn’t been. Is that a glitch in the app or the store? Like today it said it was ready to go and I was a few minutes from the store still & when I got there my drinks weren’t made yet and the cups were just sitting there with syrup only and minutes passed by and no one came up to me everyone there saw them and said nothing. Paid 6 dollars for a water down coffee with literally no ice . Does not taste like anything . Very disappointing. And it honestly just looks disgusting.
