I ordered two venti drinks: a strawberry frappé and a drink with matcha cold foam. When I got to the window, they had combined both into one drink. I asked for my correct order, but they said they didn’t know who took my order because they were all on break. I left instead of arguing over something that wasn’t my fault.

Went to the drive Thru, before even knowing what was i about to order they told me it was going to be a 30 to 40 minutes waiting, there were just few cars in front of me, always take so long and they always rushing you in this location I think is time to stop buying starbucks for me, overated and not well prepared
