My sister and I were passing through town and stopped by the drive through to get two coffees. We went to take a much desired taste of our drinks only to find that whomever handled the cups had a very strong smelling perfume or lotion on as it had stuck to our cups, making it very difficult to enjoy our coffees. Almost undrinkable due to the smell. Please be mindful. Thanks.

Was there around 10:30 this morning and went inside to get coffee. Staff member said she would be with me in a minute and disappeared in the back. While waiting, there were three other staff members doing nothing one was even leaning against the wall by the cash register on her phone. No one offered to take my order. Sure seem the drive-through was getting the attention though. If they don’t want to serve people at the counter they should just have a drive-through. I just left because a customer should not be ignored.
Look, it’s a Starbucks, but the staff are exceptional - kind, friendly, efficient, and committed to customer satisfaction - and it makes a difference.
