Poor service, with a bad altitude. Worst experience with a Starbucks ever. Waited for my oatmeal for twenty minutes after repeated checking. Not even busy. Line is empty.
Terrible service. We were in line over 15 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of us. This place has just recently gone down. Not sure what is going on.
Coffee orders are usually pretty accurate at this location. Recently they started keeping tight control over the insulating sleeves for hot beverages. They don’t put one on your cup and they don’t leave them in reach for customers. You have to ask for one, then one of the tattooed workers will open the secret vault and give you one with a depressed look on their face. Why? Trying to save money?
I went to my favorite coffee shop "Starbucks" only to find that they had fired a fantastic Barista for a ridiculous reason. I don't work here I come here twice a day 7 days a week. The amount of things that are made wrong are thrown in the trash. Not always Starbucks fault, customer service first. You should be ashamed of your self for letting him go.
