I want to preface this by saying the workers here are AMAZING! My gripe is with the management. I almost never have issues at this location. But on 4/16, I waited inside for over 20 MINUTES for a single drink mobile order (That I placed 15 minutes before even getting there!). That’s fine, I can wait, the girls were clearly working their tails off. THEY’RE BUSY!! , but the whole time the manager is riding them about the DRIVE THRU times. . This literally could not have been a worse location to put a Starbucks. The line blocks traffic, it's ridiculous. Your entitled customers believe they are the only people on this planet. Should rethink your location srsly

This store employs a staff that is racially discriminatory. I work as an Uber delivery driver. When I arrived to pick up an order consisting of two items, I waited for five minutes but still didn't see them packaging it. I tried to remind the staff, but they looked at me with complete indifference. They told me to wait, then simply walked away; after another ten minutes had passed—at which point I could no longer hold my tongue—I spoke up to them again.
