I’m Latina, and there’s someone who shows indifference when I arrive; today I ordered a box of coffee, but they never got it ready—they didn't provide cups, milk, or anything and when placing the order, their attitude was bad
The service was lack luster the drinks are inconsistent. There is more bantering between each other than communicating with guest. The lady preparing food today was eating a croissant and talking with her mouth full, Right over top of customer . I’m pretty sure that’s a health code violation. Aside from that, I’ve had to leave my order so many times because none of the employees show any urgency for orders.
Way to 15 minutes to get coffee make me late for work and when they finally gave my coffee, it is cold when I ordered hot coffee
