I came in with my boyfriend and ordered 2 drinks, i asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso with cold foam. i guess she didn’t hear me and didn’t put it on there so when i received my drink i told her i asked for cold foam to which she responded with an attitude extremely rudely and turned to her coworker and made an annoyed face right in front of me just because i asked for the topping i ORDERED on my drink. after she made our drinks she put them on the counter without saying a word or acknowledging us at all. my boyfriend ... read more
New chai drinks are great.
I would leave zero stars if I could. Customer service was trash. Got to the register and the employee working the register continued her conversation with coworkers instead of taking our orders. Kept her back to us and all, no acknowledgement at all. One employee pulled another aside to point and laugh at a customer for having questions about the menu. Just very rude little girls working there who think it's cute to have a nasty attitude.

Worst one in Abilene, the machine is literally always broken. The last 3 times I've been here, they say "Sorry. Machine is down." Seriously, what is this? McDonald's?
