I ordered an oatmeal through the Starbucks app as part of a larger order, so I didn’t check every item at pickup. When I later realized the oatmeal was missing the nut medley, I called the store to report the issue, but they hung up on me during the call.
I just made my order at this Starbucks store and paid more to add matcha and chai that way I wished. The young lady who attended me she wasn’t the friendly and she made the huge mistake in my order, she didn’t blander my drink and she didn’t add the matcha and chai that I paid for. My sandwich wasn’t either the one I ordered. My drink is milking and untasted, I’m really unsatisfied with the people in this store.
