Terrible the way they treat customers. A man waited in like from 05:20am to buy his pregnant wife a teddy bear cup. They then accused him of skipping the line because he came in from another door, even though he still waited like everyone else. It’s all over tiktok. Fire all those stupid staff who definitely turned people away so they could take one for themselves. Absolute greed.
Absolutely ridiculous service slow and have no respect for the Cx, please go somewhere else !!!! Or get more employees at least. They were busy giving their friends drinks instead who were standing back in the line. No respect for others.
What is the purpose of asking for your customer name if the barista will not inform you once your item is ready? Bad service!
