Usually love this place but kinda disappointed to find the plastic from the oat milk container in the samples today, happy I didn't choke on it. Please be more careful . When I mention it to staff just shrugged shoulders at me.
Super nice employees!! I always feel awkward asking for something a bit complicated, but they made the salted caramel cookie matcha for me; it came out amazing and they were so nice! Thank you!!
Always understaffed everytime I come. Employees are in highschool and can’t follow directions. 1 Star.
This is the worst star bucks I have ever been to. Today the barista was lecturing my daughter ... something she has no right to do. I stopped patronizing in this location.... a year or so ago, I was waiting to be served and was completely ignored by the staff ... they were chatting between them and handed me my order without so much as a glance as the continued their nonsensical conversation.
