Three sweet young ladies took my order. Even gave me stickers on my cups so my drinks wouldnt spill. Drinks came out quick and were good.
I stopped at Starbucks in Willow Grove today, 7/8/2026 around 7am and it wasn't a good experience. Once again, the clerk failed to secure the cap on the frappacino cup plus it was overflowing dripping down the sides. When I asked her to replace the cap she got a major attitude and was very rude, I explained it wasn't my fault she didn't put the cap on the cup correctly. I always spend well over 20 dollars every couple of days at your establishment and this is UNACCEPTABLE SO THIS REVIEW SHOUKD BE NEGATIVE STARS
3 days in a row i came to get coffee before work and no one to be found. Hire people who can actually do their job.
